What you will do
Gebs is the carved plaster you've been looking at all week without knowing its name — the deep lacework above the doorways in the old medersas.
Other crafts
Carve a panel of gebs — the sculpted plaster on every medersa wall in the city. Three hours, and you keep the panel.

Per person. Plaster panel and tools included.
You work on a poured panel while the plaster is still green, which is the only window in which it cuts cleanly. The pattern is pounced on from a paper stencil, so you're not drawing, you're cutting: a few chisels, several depths, and a lot of blowing dust out of the way.
Three hours gets you a finished panel, and you keep it. Plaster stays fragile until it has dried right out, so it wants careful handling for the first day. Bring a scarf if you'd rather not breathe plaster dust.
